Our farm

Stay close to nature and stay healthy

We source our meat, milk, cheese and vegetables from the farm and butchery that belongs to the family.

Our cows are reared on Tyrolean pastures and spend three months of every summer on the hillsides.

Our vegetables are supplied freshly harvested straight to the kitchen at the Hotel Goldener Adler. Thankfully we can still do that. Because when you stay with us, you know with certainty that you are eating healthy and delicious, quality regional products.
