Pricing information:
The resort tax of €0.60 per person per day is included in the price.

In the event of premature departure or delayed arrival, please be aware that unfortunately we will have to bill you for the full price for your room.

Deposits will be retained in case of cancellation, except where a cancellation is made within the stated period or is made under a holiday cancellation insurance policy in accordance with the insurance terms and conditions. Otherwise the General Terms and Conditions of Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.  

Hotel terms of business:
The Austrian hotel terms of business apply. Place of fulfilment is Wattens, Austria Place of jurisdiction is Hall-in-Tirol, Austria.

Cancellation insurance:
We recommend guests take out a policy with Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Payment types:
We accept all major credit cards and you may make a cash payment with Bancomat/Maestro.

Additional charges:
We will accommodate dogs for €10 per day (without food)
Underground car-park: €10 per day
